A Static Supervisor is responsible for overseeing activities related to columns, exchangers, vessels, and catalysts, with preference given to candidates who have prior experience in Sabic or Aramco projects. Scaffolders, Supervisors, Foremen, and Inspectors ensure proper scaffold erection, inspection, and compliance with safety regulations.

These positions are short-term project-based roles with a high level of responsibility and immediate mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

Static Supervisor

Manage maintenance and shutdown activities involving columns, exchangers, vessels, and catalysts.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.

Coordinate with engineers and technicians for smooth execution of tasks.

Supervise and guide the workforce to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Scaffolders

Assemble and dismantle scaffolding according to project requirements.

Ensure scaffolding is erected safely and securely.

Work closely with supervisors to maintain safety compliance.

Scaffolding Supervisor

Oversee scaffolding operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Allocate tasks to scaffolders and monitor progress.

Provide technical support and ensure adherence to work procedures.

Scaffolding Foreman

Supervise scaffolders during day-to-day activities.

Ensure correct installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding.

Report progress and challenges to supervisors.

Scaffolding Inspector (TUV Certified)

Inspect scaffolding structures for safety and compliance with international standards.

Certify scaffolding before use by workers.

Identify risks and provide recommendations for corrective measures.

Skills and Knowledge

Static Supervisor: In-depth knowledge of static equipment (columns, exchangers, vessels, catalysts), hands-on experience in Sabic or Aramco projects, strong leadership and coordination skills.

Scaffolders: Practical knowledge of scaffolding assembly, safety procedures, and physical stamina.

Scaffolding Supervisor: Supervisory experience, technical knowledge of scaffold materials and safety regulations, problem-solving ability.

Scaffolding Foreman: Strong team management skills, hands-on scaffolding knowledge, ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Scaffolding Inspector: TUV certification, excellent understanding of scaffolding safety standards, inspection and reporting skills.

Candidates should also have valid documents and a minimum of 5 months validity for all requirements.
