The Insulation Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing insulation work on industrial construction and maintenance projects. In large-scale energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects, insulation is vital for operational efficiency, heat conservation, and personnel safety. Supervisors are expected to ensure the execution of all work within the scope, budget, and timeline of the project, while upholding the highest standards of technical integrity.
Key Responsibilities
As an Insulation Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising insulation installation, maintenance, and inspection activities across assigned work areas. You will lead teams, ensure materials and methods are in accordance with Aramco-approved specifications, and maintain rigorous quality control. Monitoring worker performance, conducting site safety briefings, and liaising with project engineers or client representatives will be part of your daily responsibilities. Supervisors must also maintain accurate reports and contribute to schedule planning and progress tracking.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have prior and proven experience working on Aramco projects, particularly in the insulation domain. Technical knowledge of insulation materials (thermal, acoustic, etc.), application methods, and safety procedures is mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Applicants should be familiar with industry documentation and inspection standards. A valid set of documents and the ability to work on long-term projects is required.

Atlas Al Khair General Contracting Est. is urgently hiring for 03 Insulation Supervisors to be deployed to a Hyundai project in Jafura, with a start date of 10th September 2025. This is a long-term position requiring candidates with specific Aramco project experience.
The rate is 34 SAR per hour, and salary will be released within 45 days of invoice submission.
