We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure smooth execution at the site. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of civil works, and the ability to manage labor, safety, and quality standards effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at the site.

• Ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers to maintain workflow.

• Inspect and verify materials, tools, and machinery before use.

• Prepare daily progress reports and update management accordingly.

• Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project completion.

• Maintain high safety and quality standards throughout the project.

Skills and Knowledge

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and safety regulations.

• Ability to lead a team and manage site activities.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience preferred.
